About JFC
Jay has a natural talent with active listening and helping other realize their identity and motivations.
He grew up in a blended family and recognized the complexity of life and relationships early. This cultivated a desire to earn a degree in Counseling Psychology. He has spent his life asking the hard questions that reveals motive and identity through work in Divorce Care groups, youth groups and a re-entry program for convicts.
Jay has been coaching since 2015, one year with Ikon Coaching and as the Owner of JF Coaching ever since. He is most interested in helping people develop and thrive in an environment where they can maintain quality relationships both at home and at work. Being able to engage in an authentic way and pursue excellence can take a lifetime to master and Jay would love to partner with your on your adventure.
